Architectural casework & materials

We fabricate architectural casework using PLAM/HPL (plastic/high-pressure laminate), TFL/melamine (thermally fused laminate), wood veneer, hardwood and MDF. Substrates, edging, hardware and finish selections are coordinated to the drawings and specifications.

CNC fabrication & shop production

Our 4-foot × 8-foot, 3-axis Acorn CNC router supports repeatable sheet processing and custom component fabrication. A jointer, edgebander and glue-up clamps support machining, edge treatment and assembly.

We review geometry, material thickness, tolerances and assembly requirements before production. Custom fabrication and cut components can be scoped separately from installation.

Field verification, shop drawings & submittals

We review the bid package, coordinate shop drawings and material/finish submittals, verify field conditions and resolve dimensional interfaces with the project team. Fabrication proceeds from the agreed scope and approved information.

Division 06 architectural woodwork/casework and finish-carpentry packages are reviewed against the actual specifications. Any project-required certification, testing or specialized standard is confirmed during qualification.

Finishing, delivery & installation

Finishing, delivery and installation are currently offered. We coordinate the finish system, packaging, access, site readiness, installation sequence and punch work as part of the agreed package.

Flexible production resources allow us to add shop capacity and qualified finishing, delivery and installation partners around project requirements while maintaining direct owner oversight.

A workflow that follows the construction schedule

Bid → Scope Review → Submittals → Field Verification → Fabrication → Delivery/Installation → Punch

We review drawings, quantities, materials, finish schedules, exclusions and bid deadlines. After scope agreement, we coordinate submittals and field dimensions, confirm production and site readiness, then work through delivery, installation and punch items with the project team.

Commercial delivery and installation are available throughout approximately a four-hour drive from Boise, including the Treasure Valley, Southern Idaho and suitable nearby markets. Travel, site access and installation sequencing are confirmed during scope review.

Contractor documentation

Idaho Contractor Registration RC-62455 • $3M general liability coverage. Insurance documentation is available for prequalification.

The contractor registration is currently listed under 3D Carpentry LLC. Our public brand is 3D Cabinetry & Custom Renovations. Any additional insurance, bonding or public-work qualifications required by a project must be confirmed before contract commitment.
