Two ways to remodel
Not every kitchen needs a full gut. We scope projects at two levels, and we'll tell you honestly which one your kitchen actually needs.
- Cabinet refresh (typically 1–2 weeks) — new custom doors and drawer fronts, hardware, and finish work on structurally sound existing boxes. The biggest visual change per dollar.
- Full remodel (typically 4–8 weeks) — demo, layout changes, all-new custom cabinetry, counters, backsplash, and coordinated plumbing and electrical.

One point of contact from first walkthrough to final walkthrough. We handle design and material selection with samples in your home under your lighting, build the cabinetry in our Boise shop, run the demo and installation ourselves, and coordinate licensed plumbers and electricians where the scope requires them — their costs broken out clearly in your quote, no markup games.

For a full remodel, plan on your kitchen being unusable for most of the 4–8 week project. We recommend a temporary kitchen station — microwave, mini fridge, hot plate — and we stage demo and install to minimize the disruption window. A cabinet refresh is far less invasive, typically 1–2 weeks.
Do you handle permits, plumbing, and electrical?
Where the scope requires licensed trades — layout changes, appliance relocations, new circuits — we coordinate directly with trusted local plumbers and electricians so you're not juggling contractors. Their work is broken out clearly in your quote.
What happens if you find problems behind the walls?
It happens, especially in older homes — hidden plumbing, wiring, or structural quirks. We document everything, explain your options clearly, and never proceed with additional work without your approval and a written change order. No surprise bills.
